41:32 Jason's best inclusion tip
“…the biggest tip I think is make sure you are doing something day in, day out to really make a difference to people's lives. You know, from a practical perspective. And I think all too often we see sort of performative allies. People are easy to share something or, or tweet about something. But actually when, you know, when the cameras are off, when people are not watching you, you know, what, what are you doing to, to really be an ally to whatever community group you might be. I think that's, that's the key point.”
“I think that's so important for anyone, whether or not they're an Equality Champion or involved in football as well, particularly if, you know, they are of a majority group. It's trying to understand different areas of equality, diversity, and inclusion so that you know, whether you are in that Equality Champion lead role or, or a coach or anyone that you can really understand as much as possible.”
