Sunaina is a 2025 Deakin Young Alumni Award finalist and is a sports management professional focused on expanding opportunities for women, girls, and underrepresented groups. Currently the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Surf Lifesaving Queensland. She's also a Worked with Tennis Australia and Tennis Queensland as well.Sunaina moved from India to Australia in 2015 and holds a Masters in Sports Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor in Sociology. Her expertise spans sports development, gender equity and even event management.
