However, MEL implementation presents a wide range of challenges. From stakeholder buy-in and diversity, to data collection mechanisms, to knowing how to effectively transform data into insights and reports, the process can be difficult for organisations of all shapes and sizes. About the presenter:
Lauren Schwaar is a former high-level basketball coach, sport for development advocate and M&E professional who has worked around the world in a wide variety of settings. She is passionate about developing leadership and inspiring growth whether she is working with a basketball team, an organization, or on a new M&E project. Her passions include fostering team and developing female leaders and coaches. She has worked alongside people of a wide variety of backgrounds and honed skills from coaching and sports development to marketing and project management. She's traveled around the world to coach, volunteer, explore and learn. She is passionate about helping impact-driven organisations apply the power of data to their work.
